Morning Linda: space for 8,100 automobiles

232.37 meters long and 32.3 meters wide – these are the dimensions of the MORNING LINDA, which is currently the biggest car carrier in the world.

With the EUKOR shipping company’s new development which was measured with BRZ 68701, the EUKOR began its maiden voyage at the automobile terminal on November 9. 8,100 cars were placed on the 13 decks. In Bremerhaven the MORNING LINDA unloaded 1,250 imported cars and picked up 3,000 cars for export.

The shipping company EUKOR has a fleet of over 90 ships for the transportation of cars that also use Bremerhaven. The MORNING LINDA is the first of four newly built freight ships of this type. Her sister ship, the MORNING LISA, is about to be delivered.
