CEVA Logistics appoints Stefano Galatolo as its new Ocean Freight Pricing Manager
CEVA Logistics, one of the world’s leading supply chain management companies, today announced the appointment of Stefano Galatolo as Ocean Freight Pricing Manager for the South Europe, Middle East and Africa (SEMEA) Region. Stefano will assume responsibility for economic agreements and contracts with international shipping companies, to guarantee customers of the CEVA Logistics’ Freight Management division the best transport solutions at competitive prices, thus contributing to the excellence which characterizes CEVA’s approach to delivery of services.
Born in 1956, Stefano Galatolo worked from 1977 to 1994 with several maritime shipping agencies, representing the foremost container transport companies (Sea Land and Evergreen), and break bulk and plant transport companies (Lauro Lines and SNTM CNAN).
His experience in the freight forwarding sector began in 1995 at Castelletti Trasporti. Since 2001, when the company was bought by Wilson Logistics, he has worked as Ocean Procurement Manager. In 2005 the company became part of the TNT Group and in 2007 became part of CEVA Logistics.
