Chris Howard has been appointed to run CAT UK’s Vehicle Processing Centre at Southampton. Chris Howard, 32, was previously Renault SA Supply Chain Consultant and has worked closely with all of Renault’s Worldwide factories and supply points since 2005.

Chris’s previous experience includes 7 years with Fiat Group, where he held several positions, notably Transport Manager in France and Logistics Area Manager in Italy before he joined Renault SA in 2005. During his four year tenure in the Quality division, Chris successfully coordinated the logistics launch of several models, continuously reinforcing the company ethos for quality and efficiency.

Chris will report to CAT UK Managing Director, Stuart Warren, who commented that “his knowledge of Supply Chain Logistics and previous good working relationship with CAT make him an ‘ideal candidate’ to lead CAT UK Southampton forward as the Centre of Excellence for Automotive Logistics”
